Technical Description

The TAIZHOU HIGHTECH TPX6111B is a robust Horizontal Boring Mill with a 4.33-inch (110 mm) spindle diameter, featuring either a Morse Taper 6 (MT6) or optional ISO 50 bore. The machine offers substantial travel capacity, including a maximum worktable cross (X) travel of 900 mm (35.43 inches) and vertical travel of the head (Y) up to 900 mm (39.37 inches), with longitudinal (Z) travel standard at 900 mm and optional extensions up to 1500 mm. Its table working surface is either 1100×960 mm or 1250×1100 mm, capable of handling a maximum load of 2500–3000 kg. The spindle speed range is stepless with 22 speeds, spanning 8–1000/1100 rpm, delivering a maximum torque of 1225–1250 N·m. The feeds for the spindle, headstock, and table are variable from 1 to 2500 mm/min, with rapid traverse speeds reaching 2500 mm/min. Driven by a main motor power of 7.5–15 kW, this machine is designed for precision boring operations, achieving an IT7 accuracy class and a measuring system reading accuracy of 0.01 mm.
