It supports a maximum workpiece weight of 800 lbs, accommodating substantial parts. The spindle is vertically oriented with a #40 taper, standard top speed of 8,000 RPM, optionally up to 10,000 RPM, powered by a 10 HP motor with a 30-minute rating, upgradeable to 15 HP for higher performance. Tooling is automated via a 12-tool automatic tool changer (ATC), expandable to 24 tools, enabling continuous machining with a 2.2-second tool change time and 4.2 seconds including chip clearing. An optional dual-pallet changer system with two pallets improves productivity by allowing setup during machining. The machine operates on three axes (X, Y, Z) with travels of 24", 16", and 18" respectively; the X-axis travel is optionally extendable to 197". Rapid traverse rates reach up to 1,181 inches per minute on all axes, ensuring fast positioning and efficient cycle times.
