TORNOS EVODECO 10 HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The TORNOS EVODECO 10 is a high-performance horizontal CNC Swiss-type machining center designed for precision production of complex small-diameter workpieces. It features a main spindle with a maximum turning and bar diameter of 0.390" (10 mm) and a maximum turning length of 3.930" (100 mm), matched by a sub-spindle with identical diameter and length capabilities. Both spindles operate at up to 14,000 RPM, with the main spindle delivering 15.6 HP and the sub-spindle 9.3 HP, ensuring robust performance for demanding applications. The machine is equipped with two independent tool carriers: Platen 1 supports up to 10 turning tools and 4 rotary tools, while Platen 2 accommodates 4 turning tools and 4 rotary tools. Rotary tools on both platens reach speeds up to 12,000 RPM (Platen 1) and 9,000 RPM (Platen 2), with 1.46 HP each, enabling versatile milling and drilling operations. The EVODECO 10 supports up to 4 simultaneous cutting tools, maximizing productivity. It operates on a 10-axis kinematic system, with options to expand to 12 axes for enhanced flexibility.
