This machine accommodates bar stock with a maximum diameter of 0.630" (16mm) and workpieces up to 7.090" in length, featuring dual independent spindles that enable simultaneous multi-operation capabilities. The main spindles deliver 15.60 horsepower each at speeds up to 12,000 RPM, while the counter-spindle provides equivalent power for synchronized back-working operations. The machine utilizes four independent tool systems with a combined capacity of up to 27 tool positions, including 15 rotating tool stations, allowing simultaneous engagement of up to four cutting tools for enhanced productivity. Primary and secondary platens each accommodate multiple turning and rotary tools, with the primary platen supporting 10 turning positions and 6 rotary tool positions, while the secondary platen provides 6 turning and 6 rotary positions.
