This high-performance CNC turning center features a 1" bar capacity and delivers exceptional speed and power with a main spindle capable of 10,000 RPM and an 11 HP motor. The machine supports a maximum turning diameter of 1" and a turning length of 8.66", making it ideal for precision small-part machining. Both the main and counter spindles reach up to 10,000 RPM, ensuring rapid, accurate operations. The rotating bushing matches the spindle speed, with a maximum synchronous diameter of 25.4mm. The tooling system includes a front tool plate for five 16x16mm turning tools and a rear plate for four, supporting versatile setups. Rotating tool motorization (S11) on the front plate enables driven tools at up to 6,000 RPM, while a dedicated cross-machining module provides four spindles (three at 6,000 RPM, one at 4,000 RPM) for ESX20 collets. The rear side features S21 motorization (6,000 RPM) for up to three rotating units. For steady end working, the machine offers a tool block with five 22mm bores for main and counter operations, plus two additional 22mm bores adjacent to the counter spindle. Back working tools are driven by S51 motorization at up to 5,000 RPM. This configuration supports complex, multi-axis machining with high rigidity, speed, and flexibility for demanding production environments.
