The TOSHULIN Powerturn 2000 is a high-performance vertical machining center designed for heavy-duty turning and milling of large-diameter workpieces. It features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 90 inches (2286 mm), a turning length of up to 82.67 inches (2100 mm), and a chuck diameter of 78 inches (1981 mm), supporting a maximum swing of 91 inches (2311 mm) for large, complex parts. The spindle operates at speeds up to 315 RPM with an optional 107 horsepower motor for robust cutting power. The machine supports dual main spindles, each providing identical speed and power specifications, enabling versatile machining operations. It accommodates a substantial tool capacity with up to 95 tools for turning and rotary applications, and features a rotary tool drive with 26.6 HP and speeds reaching 5000 RPM for simultaneous milling and finishing. The Powerturn 2000 offers either 3 or optional 4 controlled axes, with travel ranges of 64.9 inches in the X-axis, 50.39 inches (optional up to 70.87 inches) in the Z-axis, and matching maximum feed rates of 394 inches per minute and rapid traverse rates of 472 inches per minute, ensuring high productivity and precision.
