Technical Description

This vertical machining center features a 31.5" x 31.5" work table capable of supporting workpieces up to 1,890 lbs. It is equipped with a vertical spindle taper CAT40, offering a top spindle speed of 15,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 22,000 RPM, powered by a 30 HP spindle motor rated for 30 minutes. The machine supports a 5-axis configuration (X, Y, Z linear axes plus A rotary axis) with axis travels of 31.5" (X), 37.4" (Y), 25.6" (Z), and 150° (A axis). All linear axes feature a rapid traverse rate of 1,889 inches per minute and a maximum feed rate of 394 inches per minute, optimized for efficient high-speed machining.
