The Tsugami/Rem Sales TMA8-A(C) is a high-performance horizontal machining center designed for complex, multi-tasking production. It features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 8.660", a turning length of 14.570", and a chuck diameter of 8.000", supporting bar stock up to 2.560" in diameter. The main spindle delivers 25 HP at 5,000 RPM, while the sub-spindle provides 10 HP at 6,000 RPM, both with precise indexing. The machine is equipped with a 60-tool automatic tool changer (ATC), supporting up to 60 rotary tools with a maximum rotary tool power of 7.5 HP and 1,000 RPM. It enables simultaneous on-center and off-center milling and drilling, with standard C-axis and Y-axis capabilities for advanced contouring and off-axis operations.
