The TURRET FS-350TS Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance CNC machine engineered for precision turning and milling operations. It features a single main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 8.600", a turning length of 5.500", and a chuck diameter of 8.000", supporting a maximum swing of 17.720". The main spindle delivers 20 HP at 4,200 RPM, while the sub-spindle provides 10 HP at 6,000 RPM, enabling efficient secondary operations. The machine is equipped with dual turret tool carriers, each capable of holding up to 12 turning tools and 12 rotary tools, allowing for a total of 24 tools and supporting simultaneous cutting with two tools. Secondary mill/drill functions are available on-center and with C-axis capability, but not off-center or with Y-axis. The FS-350TS operates on a 4-axis system, with X-axis travel of 6.690" and Z-axis travel of 7.480" (extendable to 21.650" as an option).
