Technical Description

The TURRET TC-35LM is a horizontal machining center engineered for precision turning and milling, combining robust capacity with versatile tooling. It features a single main spindle capable of handling workpieces up to 21.6" in diameter and 60.24" in length, with a maximum swing of 25.98" and a 12" spindle chuck diameter. The spindle supports bar stock up to 3.6" in diameter, operating at speeds up to 2,500 RPM powered by a 30 HP motor. The machine utilizes a turret-type primary tool carrier with up to 12 turning tools and 12 rotary tools, allowing a single simultaneous cutting tool operation. Milling and drilling functions are integrated on-center with a ‘C’ axis, enhancing multi-functional machining capabilities. The machine operates with three controlled axes—X travel of 15.35" and Z travel of 63.19"—facilitating precise part positioning and machining.
