The UNIVERSAL CTWG320TB is a precision CNC wire electrical discharge machine (EDM) designed for high-accuracy cutting of complex geometries in hardened materials. This wire-cutting machine features an independently developed CNC system with WinXP operating platform, paired with imported AC servo drive technology for superior motion control and positioning accuracy. The machine is equipped with standard THK high-precision linear guides and ball screws to ensure consistent performance and minimal deviation during extended production runs. With a work table measuring 630mm x 440mm and travel distances of 400mm on the X-axis and 320mm on the Y-axis, this machine accommodates medium-to-large workpieces while maintaining tight tolerances. The system delivers machining precision of ±0.008mm with surface finishes reaching Ra≤0.8-1.0μm, making it ideal for precision mold manufacturing and complex part production. Processing capabilities include single-pass efficiency of 90-100mm²/min with maximum efficiency reaching 180mm²/min, supporting both straight cutting and conical taper cuts up to 30 degrees in the TB configuration.
