The system delivers machining precision of ±0.008mm with surface finishes reaching Ra≤0.8-1.0μm, making it ideal for precision mold manufacturing and complex part production. Processing capabilities include single-pass efficiency of 90-100mm²/min with maximum efficiency reaching 180mm²/min, supporting both straight cutting and conical taper cuts up to 30 degrees in the TB configuration. The machine operates on AC 380/220V three-phase power with a 4.5kW main power supply and draws maximum cutting current of 8A. Weighing 1800kg, the CTWG320TB incorporates a two-way reciprocating constant-strength tensioning mechanism and four-bar linkage system for precise taper geometry control.
