Technical Description

This CNC machining center features a robust table/work support with dimensions of 31.500 inches in length and 15.700 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 660 lbs. Optional support for an index table or rotary table enhances versatility for complex machining tasks. The vertical spindle utilizes a #40 taper, with a maximum spindle speed of 6,000 RPM (optionally up to 10,000 RPM) and a 30-minute power rating of 10 HP, ensuring high performance for demanding applications. Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 18 tools (optionally 20), and tool change time is a rapid 7 seconds. A pallet changer is available as an option, supporting up to 2 pallets for increased productivity. The machine operates on 3 axes (optionally 4), with X, Y, and Z travel distances of 24.000", 17.700", and 20.000" respectively, and a B-axis rotation of 360° for expanded angular capabilities.
