Technical Description

This CNC lathe is equipped with a Fanuc Oi-TD control system, providing reliable and precise machining capabilities for a variety of turning applications. The control supports up to four simultaneously controlled axes, with options for expansion, and features advanced functions such as rigid tapping, constant surface speed control, and spindle positioning. The machine offers a maximum machining length of 8.07 inches and a turning diameter of 0.791 inches, making it suitable for small to medium-sized precision parts. The Fanuc Oi-TD system delivers high-speed processing, accurate interpolation, and smooth motion control, with rapid traverse feedrate override settings at 25%, 50%, and 100%, and a feedrate override range of 0–254%. The control supports both feed per minute and feed per revolution modes, as well as tangential speed constant control and cutting feedrate clamping. Tool management is enhanced with T7 + 1/T6 + 2 digit tool function support and up to 64 tool offset pairs. The system also includes error detection, external deceleration, and manual per revolution feed for improved operational safety and flexibility. With a least input increment of 0.001mm and 0.001deg, the machine ensures fine resolution and repeatability.
