Technical Description

This CNC machining center features a robust worktable measuring 51.18 inches in length by 22.05 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,200 lbs. The machine is equipped with a vertical spindle featuring a #50 taper, delivering up to 20 HP (30-minute rating) and a maximum spindle speed of 4,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 6,000 RPM. Tooling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a capacity of 24 tools, enabling rapid tool changes in just 3 seconds and a chip-to-chip time of 9 seconds. Optional support for an index or rotary table is available, as well as a pallet changer with up to 2 pallets for increased productivity. The machine operates on 3 axes (with an optional 4th axis), providing X, Y, and Z travels of 40.16 inches, 22.05 inches, and 22.05 inches respectively.
