2019 WEILER E110 CNC LATHES
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The WEILER E 110 is a heavy-duty cycle-controlled flat-bed production lathe from the WEILER E-Series, built for workpieces weighing up to 10 metric tons. It has a 550 mm (21.7 in) centre height, 43.3 in swing over the bed and 28.7 in swing over the cross slide, with distance between centres from 79 in to 590 in depending on bed length. The headstock uses a mechanical gearbox with a size 11 spindle nose, a 128 mm (5.0 in) spindle bore as standard (165, 262 and 362 mm bores optional) and stepless speeds from 1 to 1,120 rpm. The main drive delivers 45 kW (60 hp) at 60% duty and 37 kW (49.6 hp) at 100% duty, with up to 10,000 Nm of spindle torque. Rapid traverse is 394 ipm on Z and 197 ipm on X, and feeds run from 0.00004 to 2 in/rev. The tailstock has a 5.5 in quill (7.1 in optional) with MT6 taper. Control is a Siemens CNC running WEILER's graphical cycle software on a 22 in touchscreen, with handwheels on a panel that travels with the bed slide for manual work, DIN ISO programming, DXF import and a 300-tool memory; Siemens ShopTurn is available. Options include a C-axis, driven tools, a Y-axis on the E110, steady rests and chip conveyor. Acceptance accuracy is to DIN 8606.
