WITH A MEASURING VOLUME OF 650 MM (X) × 1,000 MM (Y) × 500 MM (Z), THE LH65 IS WELL-SUITED FOR SMALL-TO-MEDIUM PART INSPECTION IN AEROSPACE, AUTOMOTIVE, TOOLING, AND GENERAL MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENTS. THE MACHINE FEATURES A THERMALLY STABLE GRANITE STRUCTURE WITH AIR-BEARING GUIDEWAYS IN ALL THREE AXES, PROVIDING SMOOTH, FRICTION-FREE MOTION AND LONG-TERM GEOMETRIC ACCURACY. HIGH-SPEED SERVO DRIVES WITH POSITION MONITORING ENSURE REPEATABLE AND DYNAMIC PROBE MOVEMENT. THIS UNIT IS CONFIGURED TO THE PREMIUM ACCURACY CLASS, OFFERING A MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE LENGTH MEASUREMENT ERROR OF MPE E = 1.9 + L/300 ΜM. INSTALLED WITH A RENISHAW PH10M MOTORIZED INDEXING PROBE HEAD (MANUFACTURED 2023), THE MACHINE SUPPORTS 720 REPEATABLE PROBE ORIENTATIONS WITH A POSITIONAL REPEATABILITY OF 0.4 ΜM, ENABLING ACCESS TO COMPLEX PART GEOMETRIES WITHOUT RE-FIXTURING. THE PH10M'S AUTOJOINT INTERFACE SUPPORTS A WIDE RANGE OF TOUCH-TRIGGER AND SCANNING MODULES. THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH THE WENZEL WPC CONTROLLER AND OPERATES ON LICENSED SOFTWARE, SUPPORTING STANDARD GEOMETRIC ELEMENT MEASUREMENT, GD&T EVALUATION, AND CAD COMPARISON. THE UNIT IS CURRENTLY IN CALIBRATION WITH VALID CERTIFICATION. ACCESSORIES INCLUDING A REFERENCE SPHERE, STYLUS SET, AND PROBE CHANGING RACK ARE INCLUDED.
