The Willis Machinery KMV-16 is a full-featured vertical machining center designed for versatile industrial applications. This three-axis CNC machine features a spacious work table measuring 67 inches by 32 inches with a maximum workpiece capacity of 4,400 pounds, accommodating a wide range of part sizes and weights. The machine is equipped with a CAT-50 spindle taper operating at a maximum speed of 4,500 RPM, delivering 25 horsepower with a 30-minute rating, making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting operations requiring substantial torque. X, Y, and Z-axis travels each provide 32 inches of movement, enabling comprehensive three-dimensional machining capabilities. The standard automatic tool changer (ATC) accommodates 24 tools, with an optional upgrade to 32 tools for extended production runs without tool changes.
