YOU JI DSM-1000 HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The YOU JI DSM-1000 is a high-capacity horizontal machining center designed for precision and heavy-duty machining tasks. The machine operates with a horizontal spindle configured with an NT-60 taper, delivering a top spindle speed of 75 RPM with an optional upgrade to 101 RPM, powered by a 30 HP motor rated for 30 minutes of continuous operation. The DSM-1000 runs on a 3-axis setup—X axis with a 61" travel, Y and Z axes each with 27.5" travel—achieving a maximum feed rate of 59 ipm and rapid traverse rates of 590 ipm on all axes, ensuring efficient material removal and positioning. A standard pallet changer facilitates automatic workpiece loading and unloading, enhancing productivity. The machine supports a rotary table, but lacks a support index table and a U axis, focusing on straightforward horizontal machining applications.
