The rotary table indexes in 45° increments for flexible part positioning and clamps via a precision Hirth coupling to ensure rigidity during machining operations. The machine’s architecture combines a rigid rotary table that moves on roller linear ways with dual milling heads that independently traverse the Z-axis on box ways, enabling simultaneous double-sided milling and high throughput. It includes a standard pallet changer for efficient part handling and offers semi-automatic operation with hydraulic part centering and clamping.
