The YOU JI YH-21 is a precision horizontal CNC lathe engineered for small-to-medium component manufacturing. This machine features an 8-inch chuck with a maximum swing diameter of 22.04 inches and accommodates bar stock up to 2.05 inches in diameter. The spindle delivers 4,000 RPM maximum with 15 HP power capacity, enabling efficient turning operations on workpieces up to 16.34 inches in diameter and 18.12 inches in length. The machine incorporates a 10-station hydraulic turret tool changer, providing rapid tool indexing for multi-operation capabilities in a single setup. Three-axis CNC control (X, Y, Z) enables complex contouring and positioning, with rapid traverse rates reaching 787 inches per minute across all axes for minimized cycle times. The X-axis provides 8.17 inches of travel while the Z-axis delivers 20.08 inches of longitudinal movement, facilitating diverse workholding and tooling configurations. Optional C-axis functionality available on YH21+ models enables live tooling for milling and drilling operations directly on the turning center.
