The ZPS-CNC H 40 Horizontal Machining Center is a robust industrial CNC machine designed for precision horizontal milling operations. The horizontal spindle utilizes an ISO 40 taper, with an optional upgrade to HSK-A63, delivering up to 10,000 RPM and 25 HP for high-performance cutting. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer holding 45 tools standard, expandable to 99 tools, enabling efficient tool changes in 5 seconds. A standard pallet changer with two pallets supports continuous machining and reduces downtime. The machine controls a 3-axis system with optional 4-axis capability, offering travels of 22.05" (X), 20.08" (Y), and 22.05" (Z), each with rapid traverse rates up to 1,965 inches per minute and feed rates capped at 590 inches per minute.
