The ZPS-CNC H 63 is a 5-axis horizontal machining center designed for high-precision, complex machining tasks. It features a robust work table measuring 25.98" by 25.98" capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,200 lbs, optimized for large and heavy parts. The spindle is horizontally oriented with an ISO 50 taper, delivering up to 30 HP for 30 minutes and speeds up to 8,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 12,000 RPM for higher-speed machining. This machine supports automatic tool changes via a 102-position ATC tool magazine, with a tool change time of approximately 10 seconds, enabling efficient multi-tool operations. Its 5-axis capability includes linear travels of 31.5" on the X and Y axes and 39.76" on the Z axis, all with a maximum feed rate of 590 inches per minute and rapid traverse speeds reaching 1,572 inches per minute. Rotary axes offer 135° rotation on the A axis and full 360° rotation on the B axis, allowing machining from multiple angles and complex geometries without repositioning.
