ZPS-CNC MCFV 1060T VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

This vertical CNC machining center features a robust 50" × 23.2" work table capable of supporting workpieces up to 3,000 lbs, with optional support for index and rotary tables to expand machining capabilities. The machine is equipped with a CAT #40 spindle (BT #40 optional) delivering 33 HP at a maximum 12,000 RPM, with an optional 25 HP configuration operating at 10,000 RPM, providing sufficient power for diverse cutting operations. The three-axis system offers 40" of travel on each axis—X, Y, and Z—with maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds of 590 and 1,180 ipm respectively, ensuring efficient material removal and reduced cycle times. An optional fourth axis (A-axis) is available for enhanced part complexity. The automatic tool changer (ATC) accommodates 30 cutting tools (24 in the optional configuration) with rapid tool change times of 3.5 seconds, or 6 seconds including chip evacuation, minimizing non-productive downtime. Optional pallet changer functionality with dual pallet capacity enables unattended production runs and seamless part transitions.
