This system was originally part of a complete heat treat and carburizing line that integrated the ECM furnace with three Wisconsin Oven Corp EWN-34-75E electric batch furnaces. The Wisconsin Oven components are rated for a maximum temperature of 250 degrees Celsius. The entire system is managed by Siemens PLC controls for automated operation and process monitoring.
