The 2018 Ameri Seiki S-36L Top Turn CNC lathe is equipped with a FANUC 0I-TF CNC control and features a maximum turning diameter of 19.6 inches, a maximum turning length of 47.2 inches, and a 30.7-inch swing over bed. The machine is powered by a 35 HP main spindle motor and operates at spindle speeds up to 1,200 RPM. It includes an 18-inch chuck, a 6-inch spindle bore, 4.6-inch bar capacity, a servo 10-station turret, hydraulic tailstock, and box way X- and Z-axes with 12-inch and 53.1-inch travels, respectively. The machine is equipped with a 250-liter coolant system, a 60-liter hydraulic tank, and provides positioning accuracy of 0.025 mm/300 mm on the X-axis and 0.06 mm/300 mm on the Z-axis.
