2023 Iemca Ideal 326 Bar Feeder - 1/8" to 1" Capacity, 12'2" Max Length

The Iemca Ideal 326 is a sliding headstock magazine bar feeder designed for automatic bar feeding in CNC lathes. It supports round bars from 3 to 26 mm (1/8″ to 1″), hexagonal bars from 3 to 22 mm (1/8″ to 7/8″), and square bars from 3 to 18 mm (1/8″ to 11/16″). The machine accommodates bar lengths from 1,000 to 3,700 mm (3′3″ to 12′2″) with a max bar weight of 18 kg (40 lbs) and remnant length range of 80 to 350 mm (3.15″ to 13.78″). It features a single rack MP magazine (280 mm), reversible magazines, and supports mobile headstock configuration. The system provides a feed rate of 420 mm/sec (990 in/min) and a return speed of 1,200 mm/sec (2,830 in/min), with a bar changeover time of 33 seconds for 3,200 mm bars. It operates with compressed air requirements of 5 to 7 bar (73 to 102 PSI) and installed power of 650 W. The unit has a single spindle configuration and an approximate weight of 690 kg (1,530 lbs).
