This auction is LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Lindenwold, NJ 08021. The ONLY available pickup dates and times are Saturday 5/15 and Saturday 5/22 between 8:00AM to 12:00 Noon Eastern time. Due to size and weight of items, Seller cannot provide shipping services for this auction. Buyers must provide all labor, equipment and materials to remove items. Seller will provide access to the items for Buyer and their labor team. Items are located inside a ground-level cargo container which is not forklift accessible. Seller is unable to assist in loading or transportation of any items. Forklifts and other equipment may not be operated on the property. Buyer must provide minimum labor team for removal, in order to meet the tight removal timeline. Buyer must remove all shipping materials for their items including pallets, stretch wrap and cardboard.
