Removal Terms

Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except holidays. To be granted access to the facility, the Purchaser must comply with the Health and Safety and COVID-19 requirements, including full PPE (but not limited to), wearing a face mask and COVID-19 test (outside the city and province). The Purchaser, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within five business days after the date the bill of sale is issued. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking it up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.
