Removal Terms

Pickup dates are by appointment only and are scheduled Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am and 2pm. To schedule an appointment Buyer shall coordinate with Seth Tanner (Seth.Tanner@pnm.com, Work: 505-598-7124) and/or Tom Boswell (Thomas.Boswell@pnm.com, Work: 505-598-7829). Winning Bidder must make payment within 48 hours and schedule a pickup date for their lot within 14 days of verified payment. If paid and not picked up within the timeframe agreed to by both parties, PNM has the right to cancel the Sale at which point Buyer will not receive a refund. PNM will load on Buyer's or Buyer’s representatives vehicle. Buyer is responsible for costs associated with the logistics and transportation to Buyer’s final destination.
