The ACCUT TK6913-2 Horizontal Boring Mill is a robust machine designed for precision machining operations, featuring a 5.12-inch (130 mm) diameter boring spindle with an ISO 50 taper. This machine offers extensive travel capabilities, including a substantial X-Horizontal Column travel of 472.44 inches and a Y-Vertical Head travel of 118.11 inches. The Z-Spindle travel is 27.56 inches (700 mm for the ram), complemented by a W-axis travel (boring bar) of 1000 mm, resulting in a total combined travel of 1800 mm. Driven by a powerful main motor offering up to 46.9 HP (18.5/35 kW depending on configuration), the mill achieves spindle speeds up to 2,000 RPM, with range options including 2-800, 2-1000, and 2-2000 r/min. It utilizes a robust cast iron structure with hydrostatic guideways and a temperature control system for stability and accuracy. The feeding and drive system employs ballscrews with backlash-free double pinion devices.
