ACCUT TK6916-2 HORIZONTAL BORING MILL

The ACCUT TK6916-2 is a high-performance Horizontal Boring Mill featuring a substantial 6.30-inch (160 mm) boring spindle diameter and an ISO 50 taper (BT50). Designed for large-scale precision machining, this machine offers extensive travels: 590.55 inches (8000 mm) in the X-axis (column longitudinal travel) and 118.11 inches (4500 mm) in the Y-axis (boring head vertical travel). The combined Z (ram) and W (spindle) travel totals 2400 mm, with the W-axis having 47.24 inches (1200 mm) of travel. Power is delivered by a 73.99 HP (30–55 kW motor) spindle, capable of reaching speeds up to 2,000 RPM and delivering a maximum torque of 10,000 N·m. Feedrates for the ram and boring spindle (Z/W axes) are 1–4000 mm/min, while rapid speeds for the column and head (X/Y axes) reach 1–6000 mm/min. Positioning accuracy is held to tight tolerances, with ±0.025/1000 mm for the X and Y axes, ensured by linear scales.
