THE MACHINE PROVIDES AXIS TRAVELS OF 600 MM IN X, 400 MM IN Y, AND 350 MM IN Z. IT IS EQUIPPED WITH A SUBMERGED CUTTING SYSTEM CAPABLE OF HANDLING WORKPIECES UP TO 350 MM IN HEIGHT. THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE GENERATOR INCLUDES A FINE SURFACE MODULE, ACHIEVING SURFACE ROUGHNESS AS LOW AS RA 0.25 ΜM. IT SUPPORTS WIRE DIAMETERS RANGING FROM 0.10 MM TO 0.30 MM AND INCLUDES AN AUTOMATIC WIRE THREADING SYSTEM. ACCURACY IS MAINTAINED THROUGH DIRECT POSITION MEASUREMENT USING LINEAR GLASS SCALES, WHICH ELIMINATE BACKLASH AND WEAR-RELATED ERRORS. THE CNC CONTROL SYSTEM FEATURES AN INTUITIVE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE FOR STREAMLINED JOB PREPARATION AND MONITORING. ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES INCLUDE INTEGRATED COLLISION PROTECTION ON THE X, Y, AND Z AXES AND A MAXIMUM TAPER ANGLE OF ± 25 DEGREES OVER A HEIGHT OF 57 MM.
