THE CADILLAC MODEL 22100 GEARED HEAD LATHE FEATURES A 22" SWING AND 100" DISTANCE BETWEEN CENTERS, SUPPORTED BY A ROBUST MEEHANITE CASTING CONSTRUCTION. THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH A 10 HP MOTOR AND A 12-SPEED ALL GEARED HEADSTOCK, PROVIDING SPINDLE SPEEDS RANGING FROM 25 TO 1500 RPM. ALL GEARS AND SHAFTS ARE HARDENED AND GROUND FOR DURABILITY. KEY SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDE A 1.875" SPINDLE BORE AND A 15" SWING OVER THE CROSS SLIDE. THE MACHINE INCORPORATES TURCITE COATED SLIDE WAYS FOR EXTENDED WEAR LIFE. STANDARD EQUIPMENT INCLUDES A 12" 3-JAW CHUCK, A JACOBS COLLET CHUCK, A 2-POSITION QUICK CHANGE TOOL POST WITH HOLDERS, A STEADY REST, A FOLLOW REST, AND A TAILSTOCK WITH MT #4 TAPER. IT SUPPORTS BOTH INCH AND METRIC THREADING AND INCLUDES A FOOT BAR CONTROL. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE 220/440 VOLTS. DIMENSIONS ARE 160" L X 48" W X 54" H, WITH A MACHINE WEIGHT OF 6200 LBS.
