Technical Description

This CNC turning center features a maximum turning/cutting length of 3.15 inches and a max cutting/turning diameter of 1.65 inches, with a bar capacity of 1.65 inches. It utilizes a 6.0-inch collet chuck and has a spindle bore of 1.82 inches. The machine operates with dual spindles: the primary spindle is powered by a 15 HP motor capable of speeds up to 6,000 RPM, while the secondary spindle uses a 5 HP motor also running up to 6,000 RPM. Tooling is managed through dual turrets, each equipped with 12 tool positions supporting turning tools sized to 0.625 inches.
