The CNC-TAKANG TK540/2000 Manual Lathe is a robust and versatile engine lathe designed for precision turning and heavy-duty machining applications. With a 21.0-inch swing over the bed and a 14.0-inch swing over the cross slide, it accommodates large workpieces while maintaining accuracy and rigidity. The distance between centers is 79.9 inches, making it suitable for long shafts and extended turning operations. The lathe features a 3.3-inch spindle bore, allowing for the passage of sizable bar stock, and is equipped with a D1-8 or A2-11 spindle nose for secure chuck mounting. Powered by a 10.1 HP motor, the TK540/2000 delivers strong cutting performance, with spindle speeds adjustable up to 1,545 RPM across 18 steps, ensuring optimal speed selection for various materials and operations.
