The DAZHENG C0636A-1000 manual lathe is a high-precision bench lathe designed for metalworking, featuring a swing over bed of 14.17 inches (360mm) and a spindle bore diameter of 1.50 inches (38mm). It accommodates workpieces up to 1000mm in length between centers. The lathe bed is 187mm wide with precision-ground and hardened ways to ensure stability and accuracy during operations. Its spindle is supported by precision roller bearings, contributing to smooth and reliable rotation. The headstock incorporates ground and hardened steel gears for durability and efficient power transmission. The lathe offers a spindle speed range from 70 to 2000 RPM, adjustable through eight speed steps via easy-to-operate levers.
