Technical Description

The DMTG CKE6150Z is a two-axis (X/Z) flat/slant-bed CNC chucking lathe built by Dalian Machine Tool Group (DMTG). Swing over the bed is 500 mm (19.69 in) and swing over the cross slide is 280 mm (11.02 in), with a maximum turning length of 2,000 mm (78.74 in). X-axis travel is 280 mm and Z-axis travel is 1,935 mm, with rapid traverse of 4 m/min (X) and 6 m/min (Z). The main spindle reaches 3,000 rpm with a bore of 82 mm (3.23 in) and carries a 250 mm (9.84 in) chuck. The spindle motor is rated 11/15 kW (14.8/20.1 hp, continuous/max). A 6-station turret takes 25 x 25 mm shank tooling. The tailstock has a 75 mm sleeve diameter, MT5 taper, and 150 mm of quill travel. Positioning accuracy is 0.018 mm on X and 0.021 mm on Z, with repeatability of 0.014 mm. Machine weight is approximately 2,800 kg (6,173 lb).
