The FULLTONTECH TK6516 is a high-performance Horizontal Boring Mill featuring a 6.30-inch spindle and a Ф160 mm boring spindle diameter with an ISO 50 taper. Driven by a 44 kW servo motor, the machine achieves a spindle speed range of 10–1500 rpm and a maximum torque of 4800 Nm. Its robust design includes a 420x480 mm ram section size and a 2000x2000 mm worktable capable of handling a maximum load of 20000 kg. The machine offers extensive travel capabilities, including X-axis travel of 2000 mm, Y-axis (vertical travel of boring head) of 2000 mm, Z-axis (column longitudinal travel) of 2000 mm, and W-axis (boring spindle travel) of 800 mm. Rapid traverse rates are 8000 mm/min for X/Y/Z axes and 6000 mm/min for V/W axes. Precision is maintained with positioning accuracy for X/Y/Z at 0.020 mm and repeatability accuracy at 0.015 mm. The machine is equipped with a 40-tool ATC system, supporting tools up to Ø125 mm in diameter, 300 mm in length, and 40 kg in weight. The B-axis allows for 360° worktable rotation.
