2018 GOODWAY GA 3600 CNC LATHES
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The Goodway GA-3600 is a 2-axis CNC turning center in the GA high-performance series, built on box ways that are hand-scraped during assembly for heavy-duty and interrupted cutting. It carries a 15-inch chuck with a 105 mm (4.13 in) bar capacity. Maximum swing is 600 mm (23.62 in) and maximum turning diameter is 500 mm (19.69 in). Three bed lengths are offered, giving maximum turning lengths of 595, 895 or 1,195 mm and Z-axis travels of 630, 930 or 1,230 mm; X-axis travel is 260 mm. The spindle motor is rated 18.5 kW continuous and 22 kW for 30 minutes, with a maximum spindle speed of 2,500 rpm. The standard servo-indexing turret holds 10 or 12 tools, and a change to the opposite station takes 0.5 seconds. An optional 12-station live tooling turret with ER32 holders runs driven tools from 40 to 4,000 rpm. Combined with the servo-driven Cf-axis and disk brake, it allows drilling, tapping and milling, including cylindrical and polar coordinate interpolation. M and Y variants add live tooling, C-axis and Y-axis. The programmable tailstock has a 110 mm quill with 150 mm travel, an MT5 live center or MT4 dead center taper, and 450, 750 or 1,050 mm of base travel depending on bed length. A self-centering steady rest is available.
