This CNC lathe features a 22.80" X-axis travel and a 590" distance between centers, enabling machining of long workpieces. It offers a maximum swing over the bed of 53.14", accommodating large diameter parts. The lathe is equipped with a 19.6" hydraulic chuck for secure workholding and a 4.30" spindle bore allowing through-spindle bar feeding. Its spindle is powered by a robust 102 HP motor and operates at a maximum speed of 800 RPM, with an A15 spindle nose and a single spindle setup. Control is managed via a Fanuc 31i-B CNC system, known for precision and reliability in complex turning operations. The machine includes a tailstock for supporting long workpieces, enhancing stability during machining.
