The GENTURN 36-CS is a 7-axis CNC Swiss turning machine engineered for high-precision machining of complex turned and milled components. This no-guide-bushing design accommodates a 1.77-inch bar capacity with a maximum turning diameter of 11.81 inches and a swing of 13.78 inches, delivering a machining length of 9.84 inches for versatile workpiece configurations. The machine features dual "C" and "Y" axes, enabling multi-directional cutting and contouring capabilities for intricate geometries. Equipped with a 6,000 RPM main spindle and matching 6,000 RPM sub-spindle, both featuring 5-bearing spindle assemblies with ø110 mm front and rear bearings, the machine provides exceptional rotational stability and precision. The main spindle is powered by a 10 HP motor with a 2:1 pulley ratio, while live tooling operates at 4,000 RPM maximum with ER-20 collet compatibility for ø1/2" tool shanks.
