2020 HURCO TM12I CNC LATHES
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The Hurco TM12i is a 12-inch-chuck, 2-axis slant-bed CNC lathe, the largest model in Hurco's TM series of general-purpose turning centers. It is built on a one-piece cast-iron base with a true 30-degree slant bed and widely spaced linear guideways supporting the cross slide. The single main spindle has an A2-11 nose, a 12 in (315 mm) chuck and a 4 in (102 mm) bar capacity, with a top speed of 2,800 rpm. Spindle power is 53.6 hp (40 kW) for 30 minutes and 40.2 hp (30 kW) continuous, with 324.5 ft-lb of torque (30 min). Swing over the bed is 26.77 in (680 mm) and swing over the cross slide 20.1 in (510 mm). Maximum turning diameter is 20.1 in (510 mm), maximum turning length 39.4 in (1,000 mm), and distance between centers 39.6 in (1,006 mm). X-axis travel is 12 in (305 mm) and Z-axis travel 40 in (1,016 mm), with 1,181 ipm (30 m/min) rapid traverse on both axes. A bi-directional 12-station slotted-disc servo turret takes 1 x 1 in (25 x 25 mm) shank tools and boring bars up to 1.5 in (40 mm). The machine runs Hurco's WinMax control on a 19-inch touch-screen console, with conversational and industry-standard NC programming.
