J&M TN410 MANUAL LATHE

The J&M TN410 is a precision bench lathe machine designed for general-purpose turning, threading, and facing operations. This engine lathe features a maximum swing over bed of 410 mm (16.14 inches), allowing for the machining of workpieces up to this diameter. The spindle bore measures 52 mm (2.05 inches) with an MT6 taper, accommodating standard tooling and providing reliable workholding. The swing over cross slide is 255 mm (8.86 inches), offering ample clearance for tool movement and component access during operations. The machine delivers versatile speed control with a spindle speed range of 40–1800 rpm across 12 steps, enabling optimization for various materials and cutting conditions. It supports multiple threading capabilities, including metric threads from 0.5–20 mm, inch threads from 1 to 5/8-72 TPI, modular threads from 0.25–10 MP, and diametrical threads from 3-1/4 to 96 DP.
