J&M TN800C MANUAL LATHE

The J&M TN800C Manual Lathe is a heavy-duty engine lathe designed for high-precision turning of large and complex workpieces. With a swing over bed of 31.5 inches (800 mm), it accommodates substantial diameter components, while the swing over gap reaches 39.4 inches (1000 mm) for added versatility. The swing over cross slide is 19.1 inches (485 mm), allowing for efficient machining of larger parts near the tool post. The lathe features a robust spindle with a bore diameter of 4.1 inches (105 mm), enabling the passage of long bar stock or large-diameter workpieces. The spindle nose is available in C-11 or D-11 configuration, and the spindle taper is 1:20, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of tooling and accessories. The machine offers a spindle speed range of 14–750 rpm, providing flexibility for various materials and cutting conditions.
