Technical Description

This CNC turning center features a machining length of 47.24 inches and operates on a 3-axis configuration, enabling precise multi-directional cutting. It is equipped with a 9.84-inch chuck for secure workpiece holding and supports a bar capacity of up to 2.56 inches, accommodating a moderate range of material sizes. The machine delivers a powerful 20 kW spindle motor that drives the spindle up to a maximum speed of 4,000 RPM, allowing high-speed turning operations. It can handle turning diameters up to 16.54 inches, providing versatility for medium-sized parts. The inclusion of a tailstock enhances support for longer workpieces, ensuring dimensional accuracy and rigidity throughout the machining process. Additionally, the machine is fitted with live tooling capabilities for secondary milling, drilling, or tapping operations without requiring part reorientation.
