Technical Description

The KINGRED DK7725 is an economical wire-cut EDM machine engineered for precision contouring of small and medium-sized conductive components. This CNC-controlled system features X-axis and Y-axis travel dimensions of 9.84 inches and 12.6 inches respectively, making it ideal for compact applications in mold and precision component manufacturing. The machine utilizes molybdenum wire as its electrode, offering a cost-effective alternative to brass wire systems while maintaining cutting capability across various conductive materials. It delivers maximum cutting speeds of approximately 120-160 mm²/min with optimized surface roughness of ≤2.5 micrometers in single-cut operations and ≤1.5 micrometers in multi-cut mode. The wire diameter ranges from 0.10-0.20mm, with a wire setting speed of 11.5 m/s. Featuring a conventional "F" structure design, the DK7725 employs stepper motor drive and supports cutting angles of ±3° or ±30° per 100mm, accommodating taper processing requirements. The machine accommodates workpieces up to 200kg and can handle cutting thickness up to 300mm. Its digitalized electrical circuits utilize inverter control for smooth wire feeding and feature adjustable drum feed speeds—low for wire loading and high for machining. The system operates on 50Hz, 380V three-phase power (customizable to 220V) with 1.5KW consumption and includes a high-precision linear guideway, central lubrication system, and BMXP or KDXP AutoCAD-compatible control software. Machine positioning accuracy achieves ≤0.015mm octagon precision with 0.001mm pulse equivalent.
