The KINGRED DK7740 is an economical CNC wire cut EDM (Electric Discharge Machine) designed for precision cutting of conductive materials. This medium-sized machine features a 400×500mm worktable travel distance, equivalent to 15.75 inches (X-axis) and 19.69 inches (Y-axis), providing adequate workspace for various component sizes. The machine delivers a maximum cutting speed of 150-160 mm²/min with exceptional precision of ≤0.015-0.02mm, meeting GB7926-2005 standards. The DK7740 utilizes a wire electrode with a diameter of 0.15-0.2mm and operates at wire speeds between 5-11 m/s, powered by a maximum working current of 6A. It accommodates cutting thicknesses up to 500mm with standard taper capabilities of ±3° or optional configurations up to ±30°. The machine employs a BM2/BM4 water-based working solution for optimal erosion control and surface finish, achieving surface roughness as low as 1.0-1.2μm. The CNC control system utilizes the BMW-3000 controller with BMXP PM-K system software, operating on Windows XP platform with seamless integration to CAD software like AutoCAD.
