The 2004 Kitamura Mycenter 1XIF is a 3-axis vertical machining center equipped with Kitamura's SparkChanger automatic twin-pallet indexing system for enhanced production throughput. The machine features a per-pallet worktable of 24.0" x 16.0" with X/Y/Z travels of 20.0", 14.0", and 18.0". The high-speed NST-30 taper spindle reaches 15,000 RPM driven by a 10 HP motor, enabling fine surface finishes on aluminum, non-ferrous, and light steel components. A 30-tool ATC enables extensive multi-operation sequences within each pallet cycle. Fanuc CNC control provides rigid tapping, high-speed machining, and macro programming.
