The 2004 Kitamura Mycenter 3XAPC is a 3-axis vertical machining center equipped with an automatic pallet changer for reduced loading time and increased spindle utilization. The machine shares the Mycenter 3X's 32.3" x 16.1" worktable dimensions with X/Y/Z travels of 30.0", 17.9", and 18.0", adding the APC system for continuous production capability. A 15 HP spindle motor drives the BT40 spindle to 10,000 RPM. A 30-tool ATC supports multi-operation machining within each pallet cycle. The Fanuc 16i CNC control provides rigid tapping, macro programming, and a proven operator interface. Machine weight is approximately 14,300 lbs with the APC system included.
