The KNUTH DL E Heavy 800/5000 is a universal heavy-duty lathe engineered for conventional machining of large workpieces up to 8000 mm (315 inches) in length and over 1600 mm (63 inches) in diameter. Featuring a powerful 29.5 HP main drive motor, this machine delivers robust cutting power through a finely adjustable multi-disc clutch system. The lathe accommodates a maximum workpiece weight of 6000 kg (13,200 lbs) between centers and 1500 kg (3,300 lbs) on the chuck, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
